    Something Is Bugging Me

and I don't know what it is, and that is annoying me. It is a vague sense of leaving something undone. Gimme some suggestions for what it might be.

        David,
You forgot to de-tension your bandsaw, drain your air compressor, take your batteries out of the charger, return your blade guard back to your saw, and reseal the open can of varnish/paint thinner/gasoline/?.

Wife's birthday? Anniversary that you forgot? You were supposed to meet her for dinner someplace?

left the oven or stove on, didn't lock the car at the airport parking lot, forgot to get your master card/visa card back last time you used it to pay the first checked bag fee. Sink is dripping, and you left the dog in the garage without any food when you left on vacation. Wallet's on the front seat of the car, BTW.

i get this when i either
                        - have scheduled something mentally and it slips (pay an online bill, send out a check, call and set up a repairman appointment, etc)
                        - feel i have been shortchanged (wife/friend said they'd do something and slipped, leaving it to me; buyer's guilt; seller's remorse)
                        - or of course the old snarky drive-by-shooting at work (by comment, or action)

Wow that was close! What was bugging me was that I when I go to the gym I leave my wallet, watch and phone at the office. I have a lock for the locker but stuff still gets stolen. Anyway, I left my wallet at my office yesterday evening when I came home. I was going to work from home today, but now I have to go in.

You are not sure you're living in your own house. You came home and the street you live on looks unfamiliar. It could be cause from an over-abundance of thoraxine or you forgot one of those little color pills.
