Any good April Fool's jokes?

I get a lot of calls on April 1st as nonexistent computer problems are relayed to me. Usually the person calling has no idea they're being conned.

This year has been incredibly boring so far. Which surprises me because of the concern over Conficker.

Any good ones out there?

It wasn't an April Folls joke but still computer related. Several years ago we had a fairly small but pretty active forum for our DC team. A member announced he was going on vacation for a couple weeks and won't have any internet access where he was going. The last time he left for a while there were some big changes to the team, he even said "don't do anything while I'm gone!" I hatched a plan to suprise him.

We created a bogus forum page that he would be directed to once he tried to access it from home or work. On it we created several arguements between members, announcements of everyone quitting, even the admins and owner. I would have liked to see his face when he logged in.

One of the best ones I heard was a local radio station here several years ago put out a fake news report that there was going to be acid rain and people should put peanut butter on the noses of their cats and dogs before letting them out in the morning.

Not verified and not exactly April Fool's but the guy swears this is a true story. A former coworker of mine was a transfer from Florida. He had a neighbor who was very proud of his orange tree and let everyone know it. A buddy of the coworker had a couple stamps made and when the neighbor was out of town for a few days the two of them went over and stamped every orange on the tree with 'Sunkist'.

I confess i spent several minutes looking how to turn on Autopilot before i figured out it was an AFJ.

Get a phone book and look for the number of a cemetary or mortuary.

Jot it down on a piece of paper and use the name of the caller: Mira Remains.

Hand it to someone and say that they called and that they need to return the call.

That's my favorite one.

Mines pretty mean: the first April fools that my wife and I were together, she played a trick on me that she had blown several hundred dollars at work and we had no money till payday. Let's say I was less then happy.
SO: I stole a joke off Rosanne, went to my shop, covered my hand in ketchup and came running inside yelling "oh my God, we gotta go to the hospital".
Um, yeah: I've never lived that one down. I took mean to a really uncool level.
