I was taking an Electronics course, probably in 1967, and We had 1 student that every

class, would still need help on last weeks questions. It was terrible, I told the

Instructer I wanted a refund as I knew We were not learning anything. When I said

that He was shocked that all the other students agreed with Me and wanted their

money back also. Not the stupid guy that was going because the factory wanted Him

to go and was paying for it. We got a refund and They closed the class. Bill
