Teenager shoots / kills attacker after sexual assault.

Actually the Houston Chronicle report says a teen ager came home and found his uncle dead of a GSW to the head, called the police. The boy who was assaulted told police had had wrestled the gun away and shot is attacker, then went to school to report the incident to school authorities who called the police in a separate report. The police then put 2+2 together and figured this man was the man the victim said he had shot. The man had sveral prior arrests (although non apparently for sexual assault.)
