    In DC for Inauguration

My daughter and I and 26 other high school students, a couple teachers and another parent have been in DC since Sunday night for inauguration. We were up at 4:00 and walking to the Mall at 7:00 A few photos now that we're back to the hotel.

The crowd around 5 blocks away

Aretha Franklin sang "My Country tis of thee" Words couldn't do it justice.

    My oldest, and shortest, Hannah

We stood in the cold for hours to watch it on TV, but it was worth it.

Congrats!!! I could only imagine how great it was to have been there to witness it in person and to be there with family and friends.
