      Hi Dud,

      The IP info for your wireless is the Windows default. That means it is not getting an IP address from the router either because the DHCP server is not enabled on the router or it is not connecting to the router. Bring a laptop or similar over that you can plug into the router via a network cable. Then you can verify whether her desktop is connecting (the router will have an option to show you connected devices) andyou can check whether certain machines are allowed to connect wirelessly. You can also check to see if DHCP is enabled. By default it should be. My guess is the machine is not actually connecting to the router, rather than DHCP not being enabled.

      What brand/model # router is it?

          Did you try the passphrase in hex? I have spent hours troubleshooting on more than a few systems and they all ended up with that problem.
