Actually it's 1001 HP, and I think their production quota is already accounted for.

But my favorite was the Porsche 917-30TC, which was 1863 LBS, and was a flat 8 Cyl, twin turbo, close to 1300 HP. Mark Donahue did 257 MPH @ Talladega. Zero to 60 in 2.1 sec, 0-100 in 3.9 seconds, and 0-200 in 13.4 seconds.

Kinda blows the doors off a Bugatti, and will probably cost you less if you can find one.

I dream of owning a new all Kevlar Stroker Bass Boat with a Hydro Tec Yamaha PhaseIV on the back. Should run 114+ and carry two and fishing load to 100. Oh, and it fishes real nice also.

remember seeing a video where someone drove the Veyron on a track at 200+ mph, I think the full gas tank emptied in about 15 minutes or so....

It was Top Gear, and it can be found over on You Tube.

It was something to the effect that the tires are wore out (at top speed) at 25 minutes, but that doesn't matter, because your out of gas at 15 minutes.

Then he started to open the door at 80 because he felt slower then he was going.

Nice looking set of whees. As long as you're asking Santa for the car, be sure to ask him for some extra bucks to buy plates for it!

I would be happy with finishing up the projects on my F150 4x4. 6" Pro Comp Stage II lift with resevoir shocks, 4:56 Richmond gears, Detroit True Tracs f&r, SS winch mount / grille guard and side steps, Warn Winch, Pro Comp 55watt stainless steel flood lights, full on leather interior treatment with some shop built mahogany trim, Custom bed treatment with LineX and custom Mahogany bed strips. (It's an '04), 35x12.50 BFG Mud Terrains, K&N Intake, Magnaflow full stainless true duals from headers back to high flow cats, and true dual out the rear corners. Not for loud, for power... And Hypertec Power Programmer III. Topped off with custom paint and Bushwacker flares.

I'm a truck kind of guy...

Not the most practical car, very little storage or carrying ability, costs a fortune to buy, maintain, service, insure, etc. and with respect to CabMan's alternative, but the sound it makes - oh my!

Where Top Gear is recorded is the same place we used for skid training when I was working, so we got to see quite a few exotics like this. I still pop in from time to time.

I understand the radio is difficult to hear at 200 mph.

Isn't it kinda hard to cast accurately at 114+mph? What tensile line would you need?

The sound and looks are what drew my interest the performance is what drew my drool.
This is coming from a man who gets excited about a 20% off coupon at harbor freight so you know Santa will not be leaving one in my driveway.
