That has to be at least involuntary manslaughter and reckless disregard for human life. I don't care if he gets probation; they should charge him anyway. Besides, is this the kind of guy who should be taking care of two kids?Comment

He was certainly reckless and stupid. I also noted that it was the second shot that hit her. She must have moved to the location where he was shooting after hearing the first shot?!
