    HTML help

My Sisters website has 2 problems on it. One is the spelling of one word, the other is it puts Jones on the line with street address and boro on the next line.

The other problem is the design company went out of business.

I've gone in and looked at the spelling problem and can't find it misspelled on any page. Any ideas? Bill

Copy and paste the html code here. I am not an expert, but this sounds easy to fix.

The Jones - boro split may be because of a <br> tag (or a similar tag) in between, or because it has white space in between and Jones happens to be at the end of the line...

What I have been told is it's written with PHP. Does anyone know anything about this. The URL is http://jonesborobandb.com Thanks, Bill

I'm no expert Bill but to me it looks like the page is in frames and the address does not have room to expand across.

Thats going to be on a page most likely called header. It may even be located in a sub-folder called perhaps php. It may have to do with the width of the table either in pixels or percent of width.
              It looks like it's CSS.
I did get the source and added a break just before Jonesboro. Make a backup of your file and then rename this one and use it. Or you can put the break in the original yourself.

              Here is the full file.

              s.txt

Here is the line that I changed.

              <span class="title">West Washington Guest House - 534 West Washington Avenue<br> Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401</span>

The Jones - Boro problem - are you talking about the address in the green header with the pinstripe? If so, it's the picture.

                Edit: Your picture is http://jonesborobandb.com/templates/site/images/header-top.png

Edit #2: Try this out... http://scrollsawnut.googlepages.com/header-top.png

The other problem is the spelling of Locations, and it appears that way on each page. Thanks for the help. Bill

                    Find this file:

http://jonesborobandb.com/templates/site/css/template_css.css indicates that http://jonesborobandb.com/templates/site/images/nav-location.png is being used for that menu item.

                      Try this out...

                        Bill,

This image needs to be changed:

                        http://jonesborobandb.com/templates/...v-location.png

You have to find the actual file on the web server and edit it. Somebody on the forum better than me at Photoshop can probably do it. Once it is edited, just replace the file on the web server and all the pages will be correct.
