You have my deepest sympathies. Please don't worry about your daughter making it to heaven. I'm sure she'll be just fine. You will too.
I don't think there is anything I can say that will make you feel better but here is some good information on dealing with things like this:

        Mac,

Incredibly sorry for your loss. I've lost two brother-in-laws both early 30's and to see what the parents went through destroyed me on the inside. I feel for you and will keep your family in my thought and prayers.

          Mac,

Our deepest condolences to you and your family. It was tough reading both of your post without tears. I cannot begin to imagine, how it would feel to loose someone that is so close. You should never feel that you are alone in this. Since I joined this website, I too feel that like I have joined a new family of caring individuals, even though I have not had an opportunity to meet anyone from here one-on-one. Despite this fact, we are here to support each other and especially when it is most needed, that is during the difficult times. You need to be strong and make it through. Remember, this is all part of a bigger plan that God has. So be patient and God will see to it that you and your family will make it through this difficult time.

You are correct, that it is moments like this that really make us appreciate who we have in our lives. I thank you for your advice to us, and I will take out more time for those who I hold dearest to our hearts.

You and your family will be in our thoughts and prayers.

                  Mac,

Having lost a son at the age of 2 days, I have (it that's really possible) an idea of what you're going through now.

It does get easier, but it never goes away, I still think of the son I really never got a chance to know and its been 28 years now.

If you don't mind, I'll go to the synagogue this Friday evening and say the Jewish prayer for the dead, Kaddish, for your daughter. I will need her name though, along with your permission as we are probably different faiths.

Mac, keep in mind that you're not alone, we are one big extended family.

                    Mac,

I just read your second post, and it's evident you're hurting very deeply. It's easy to feel your pain. I'm sure it's the worst pain you've ever felt, and if you feel a need to talk one on one, feel free to send a PM.

Your wife needs someone too. Please spend all the time you can with her, and you can draw strength from each other. You might also both consider counseling if you need it. It, combined with medication can really help. You will both be part of a lot of prayers from the people here, as will your daughter.

Your post touched my heart and my heart goes out to you, some of us are not so good with words, and my feelings have been expressed well and better by other people here, than I could do myself.

                          My sincere condolences

That was hard to read and impossible to imagine for me.

The God I believe in would never reject a kind and loving person, no matter if that person believed in God or not. I have no doubt at all that Natalie is on her way to heaven.

My prayers are with you and your family.

Wow, the Mrs asked me if I had read this topic. I told her that I was busy at work today so did not get a chance to read the forum. You have our thoughts and prayers! My God comfort you and your family in this time of sorrow. Thanks for sharing. We surely are a family even though many of us will never meet in person. Lean on us all you need to!
