There really is nothing quite as refreshing as a frosty can of pop chilled with a blast of NH3 during the height of fertilizing season! Ya just have to be able to get over the smell!

How about a universal belt clip with fingers that takes the shape of anything you need held momentarily. Watch your comments on this one - this is a family forum.

Laser pointer with a turbo "kill" mode button for aiming and maiming cockroaches.
A third postion "vaporize" would take care of the cleanup.

If your only tool is a hammer, you tend to treat all problems as if they were nails.

My late mother used to amaze her anthropology students on digs by dipping a towel into gasoline, wrapping it around a can of beer, and swinging it around her head for a minute or two...instant cold.

Of course, I'd think you would really need a cold beer to put up with the gas smell, and forget about having a cigarette with it...

[QUOTE=cabinetman;271486]Here's a few ideas for the mastermind inventors. "Might Be Nice" tools that I would buy in a New York Minute.

            How about silencers for routers.

Dr D wrote) I saw this at a Wood show in 2006 and FULLY expected it to go into full blown sales so never got the literature but then it DIED. It was simply a "shoe" that fits under the router plate and up over the top and not only quiets the unit but sucks up the chips as well

How about a hammer that has an extreme magnetic head so that you could never miss the nail and hit your finger.

(Dr D Wrote) Stanley is selling this one at HD as we speak saw it about 4 weeks ago. Neat but heavier then heck and for someone who is too used to pneumatics I walked by.

How about a wand that when passed over a finish dries it instantly.

(Dr D Wrote) I have seen these in commercial shops and expect to see them in the home market in 3 years. It is a UV light that uses UV activated paints and stains. The material will "cure" in 20 seconds no drying time beyond that needed

www.onlineshopclass.com built by woodworkers for woodworkers and supported by the industry so everyone wins

If you are in the Orlando area contact me lets get together and talk saw dust (or food or anything else you like except sports)

My wife and I are National Food Judges so we CAN talk food with the best.
