Losing 10 would be good...20 better. I'm 6'1" 225, 47 years old. I've always been on the "brawny" side....graduated from HS at a pretty lean 195, but the last 10-15# that entered the picture in the past couple of years floats better than the first 210# did!

I used to waterski 2-3x/week and stayed in decent shape until I picked up wwing nearly 6 years ago. I still go the gym once or twice a week, but it's mostly to excercise my jaw muscles. The spare tire's just noticeable enough to bother me a little, but not bad enough to motivate me into doing anything about it yet... but I'm thinking and talking a little...hey, it's a start! (let's consider it the planning stage! )

Happiness is sort of like wetting your pants....everyone can see it, but only you can feel the warmth.

      I just dropped 75 lbs.

      On my foot.

Seriously, I too need to lose weight. I'm 5'9" and weigh 240. Guess I'll try that exercise thing everybody's talking about...
