    Bruce Lee vs Jet Li

Fearless just came out on DVD yesterday. Got me to thinking, if Bruce was still alive who do you think would win in a fight?

I have to go with Bruce Lee. He was the first major martial arts star (I think) and was old school. He was a true martial artist. I'm not saying Jet Li isn't, I really don't know. I do know he is impressive to watch, but he is also a victim of his time, IMO--Hollywood=flash over substance today more than ever.

Now, the more important question...who wins in a fight BTW Chuck Norris and Steven Segal? Or more importantly, who cares?

I think Jet Li wins. Not all of his movies were Hollywood special effects.

Chuck Norris wins - that roundhouse kick of his is devastating. Remember Walker, Texas Ranger?

I assumed since its a fantasy match, both would be in their prime.

Bruce, you had to have seen him in Enter the Dragon.

Oh, no, how about Bruce or Jet vs. Jackie Chan ?

I have seen it many times, I used to study Shaolin when I was a kid and some of my teenage years, so I am a big Bruce fan.

              Yes, both in their prime.

My vote was Jet Li though.

Bruce of course. Any decendant of General Lee gets my vote.

Out of respect, I would go with Bruce Lee. I like Jet Li and Jackie Chan too though however I think Tony Ja in "ONG-BAK The Thai Warrior" would give them a run for their money. This guy does incredible stuff with no invisible strings or camera tricks.

Bruce Lee of course, you know, the wise older good-guy always beats the young whipper-snaper. But they again, Bruce would have to be the living dead, so that would make him less good, so that would mean that Jet Li was the super human good-guy (TM) and therefore he would have to win. But, is Jet Li a confident heterosexual, that might reduce his good-guyness so that it would be an even fight?
