My Heart is heavy and My prayers are with the Family in Lubbock that have lost their Second Son in the war in the Middle East. I have not lost any Children, but I can believe that it would be one of the top losses that You could have. I am so Sad for Them. Bill

D-A-M-N shame... I wonder if the government will ever offer the family a reasonable explanation of WHY it had to happen. I bleed red/white/blue, but our boys are over there dying for someone's private political and financial agenda.

If it's really about oppression and human rights, why didn't we kick Castro's ass into the ocean 30 years ago? Because all HE has is CIGARS, that's why...

God bless that family, and all the others who have suffered.
...eight, nine, TEN! Yep! Still got all my fingers!

I read that story. The army still has a "Pvt. Ryan" rule that says siblings of those killed in combat can be assigned to non-comabt duties. The second son was offered that option but said he didn't want to let his buddies in the unit down.

I feel deeply for the family with two losses as well as for the families bearing one loss or even a just wounded loved one...
