    Get anything good

    for Father's day?

I got 2 of the most unique wrapping jobs and cards I have ever seen. Both were wrapped in plaing brown craft paper ut the bow/designs were done by drawing them in glue and then sprinkling sawdust over the glue.

Inside were a much neededreplacement for my insulated coffee mug and a set of Sorby bevel edged chisels!

Love the wrapping job! Shows thinking outside the box (no pun intended). Some competition for the shop coming up it seems.

        Oh, Sorby chisels! Droooool.
Cool idea on the wrapping too.

LOML Tina surprised me with a Nova G3 chuck. All I've had is a super cheapo from Penn State. Hopefully the G3 will be a big improvement, I haven't used it yet, tho. :-(

Believe it or not, they forgot it - not even a card! Needless to say, I've been milking it and practacing my puppy dog eyes as much as possible.

Verita Cabinet Scraper set. Dads Day/Birthday.
I always get jipped but also tend to get nice gifts to cover both.
Also, my Incra 12" rule set with the free X-Y marker arrived yesterday.
            Happy B-Day to myself.

I got wood of course but then again I am pretty hard to buy for. Now mind you I am not complaining at all! I got African Mahogany in boards and an Awsome Walnut Burl veneer.

Those wrappings were unique and were a good idea for a woodworker. I got a gift card and clothes. My wife is always buying me clothes. I need all my money for tools and accessories.

                    Don,

All I got was a piece of paper.

But, it was a copy of an order form for the new Grizzly 12" Drum Sander. Bad news is they just notified me that it is BO until mid July.

                      Gift

I got another gift card from Apple to go into the mac fund. I hope to replace my aging notebook by the end of the year.

Ditto on the Nano, and then it cost me half as much for a case and a car adapter.

Pappy, someone really loves you, great gift, been wanting those for years.
