      I'm with Loring

      It doesn't look like anything I have ever seen and not even close to a BT3. Possibly something Ryobi built for non USA distribution.

      Wierd square and rectangular cutouts on the table.

        Looks like you can mount a router to the right of the blade and something else on the left, thought not sure what that would be.

          jigsaw..... seen it done many times as a cheap way around buying a bandsaw/scrollsaw.
