Turn around time on HF orders

What is the average turn-around time for HF internet orders... about 1 week, 2 weeks? just trying to figure out when my clamps will get here...

      Closer to 2 weeks, elapsed.

I have waited over a month before. I will buy from HF in stores but not mail order because of consistently poor delivery. I'm pretty sure I returned the last order I got from them after waiting over 6 weeks. I hope your experience is better.

I've ordered from HF 3 times. 1 took 3 wks, 1 took 4. Last one I cancelled after 3 wks. I haven't ordered anything since. Free shipping or not I don't plan that far ahead to allow for that shipping time.

The only thing I have ordered online from HF (I have 2 stores in my town) was a set of sides for my kid's trailer. It was shipped the next day, and at my door in six days. This may not be typical, but I was impressed.
