Permanent Custody

We just got back home from court, the Judge said He would rule on it today. We were awarded Permanent Custody of the 2 beautiful GrandDaughters, but the Mom kept standard visitation rights. I was praying for full custody without visitation, but will be glad to settle for this.

I know in My heart that the ex-DIL will mess up soon again, and We will be awarded the whole enchilda.

My parents have custody of my sister's kids. It will probably work out so that the ex DIL sees them less and less until she doesn't come round at all. That is what happened with my nephews. They are actually doing much better than when they used to see her.

Great news Bill! The main battle is won. I also know of a sorry-state mother who lost custody and couldn't even get herself organized enough to keep up visitation. Hopefully that will happen for you.

Thanks To All of You for Your help in being there for me. The Judge didn't actually believe that She had friends that would stop in at 2:00 AM just to chat for 15 minutes or less. Then Her new husband admitted to selling drugs in the driveway, alsdo admitted that He used and She used but a lot less.

Good news, Bill. It is sad how many children are hurt by these dirty addictions. I'm glad the system did the right thing here. Now my prayers will switch to their mother to get her life in order.

It's been awhile since we chatted, but over the years I've pretty much got the whole story on your battle for you granddaughters and I know what you've gone through to finally get to the milestone that you've crossed today.

As a father that's been through a lot of the same battles that you've been fighting, I sit here with tears of joy on my cheeks elated for you and those little girls that you love so very much.

My hat is off to you Sir for having the strength and courage to stay the course. My sincerest congratulations to you, your wife and especially those little girls.
