    Dad's Veto Power

About 10 years ago one of my teenage daughters thought she was going to wear this shirt out of the house. It's been my red flag ever since.

I have had to make some tough decisions for my girls in the past also. Usually after they gave up arguing with their mom. I have 3 great girls and 10 wonderful grandkids today.

Hilarious, but hitting too close to home.

My girls are just 6 and 5 (soon to be 7 and 6). We sent them to my parents' over spring break and my older daughter came home with high heels courtesy of grandma. I know that never happened for my sister when we were growing up. My mother's mantra has become "You only live once." Sometimes I think about my parents and how they are with my kids and I'm thinking, "Who are these people?!!!"

I am definitely turning into my parents when they were my age now. Ugh.

Works well for a flag, but I wonder what the people driving behind you think! What perspective on that "clothing confiscation" event does the daughter have today?

Probably hoping it is off the driver.

She couldn't tell the difference between the escape pod, and the bathroom. We had to go back for her.........................Twice.

I live in a college town and, compared to what I see anytime I am out and about, that would be considered modest. But then it twern't my daughter wearing it.

I see that kind of dress all the time.... when I go to Walmart! The other day I saw a very large female ( I think ) wearing a teddy top and a thong! She wasn't worried about being molested though.... under her see through teddy she was wearing a shoulder holster to carry her 1911 .45 . I guess it's ok for a 60 year old to dress this way, and nobody would dare to question her firearm concealed permit!
