New Site Function - Related Topics

There is another new site function called "Related topics" At the bottom of a topic, the system will display up to 5 related topics. Related Topics uses a Natural Language Processor built into vBulletin to scan your content, build a list of keywords, and find related topics based on the content of the first post.. In testing, it has been hit or miss but seems to get better over time.

There have been reports of performance issues with it for some sites, so I enabled it in the middle of the night and haven't noticed any adverse effects here.

For performance reasons, this has been disabled.

None of the issues were visible on the test site because of the low traffic volume. I'll keep testing and adjusting the settings and see if this can be re-enabled in the future.
