Question before I vote. We can only vote for one project, instead of once in turned and once in non-turned?

Ah. Makes it even tougher, but I made a choice.

I feel oddly connected to my choice now... I have feeling I'm going to be obsessively checking this post to root it on!

I think this should be an elimination round of voting. The top 3 to 5 should move on to finals. It woould take some of the difficulty out of picking the most outstanding piece.

They're all great! Can we vote more than once?

Awesome work by all!! I liked every piece.

But I have to say this is kind of a dirty trick!
If projects like that can be made with one construction grade 2X6, its going to be hard to sell the LOML on the idea a project can`t be done cause I don`t have good Oak, Walnut or Cherry on hand to do it
Sanity is just a one trick pony. Being a bit Crazy is a wide open field of opportunity!

Once the voting is done, I hope the other forum will be opened up for comments. I'd really like to ask some "how did you do that" questions on some of the entries.

                  Good job, all!

Kudos to all entrants - guess it proves the old adage - it is the skill of the craftsman not the materials. Glad I didn’t enter my Junior High shop class style birdhouse, or spice rack.

I'm in the lead! Lowest number of votes wins right?!?!?!

Sad, when I couldn't even vote for my own project. And I LIKE my project. but best in show it isn't.

                          Mike,
You might not win the competition, but I would be proud to hang your project on my wall.

                          All entries were very impressive.

I think there should have been about 13 different categories. I was impressed in more ways than one by each and every entry.
