1 Message showing, none in box

On the home page, I have one message showing - with "Messages 1" in red. When I click on it, the dialogs say no new message, no new notifications, no new requests, but off to the left a dialog box that says "Sorry, you are not authorized to view this page".

Just something to check when you get time.

This is a permissions issue that I need to find. The private message navigation works when I'm logged in as an administrator, but not on my normal account.

VB5, puts the number of threads that you are subscribed to (any thread you've posted in) that have had updates in red on the messages tab in addition to any new private messages.

Are you still seeing this message. It is cleared up on my account, but I didn't do anything and problems that disappear on their own tend to make me nervous.

Yes, it is clear now. No problem. It cleared up about a week after the original post. Something you did cleared it up. Maybe you just looked at it hard and it straightened itself out!
