    I’m Outahere!

Yep, I am leaving Sunday morning for Philadelphia. Normally I really hate these kinds of meetings and prefer a tel-con but sometimes you just have to go. What makes this time different though is that I am getting into Philly early on Sunday and am making arrangements to drive out and meet Bill Grumbine! I am pretty excited about this because he is a turner and a teacher that I really respect.

    Whooo hoooo!

    Anybody else in Philly?

I have known of him and his work for several years. You should be on your way to meet a very knowledgable and friendly fellow. Big too!

I have his turning DVD...it is very cool and he seems like a great guy.
That would be a trip to look forward to for sure!

Ken, I didn't see your post until now. I'm half an hour south of the Philadelphia airport.

I'm envious of your trip up to see Bill Grumbine. I've thought about setting up a visit or class, as he's very close to my mother's house (Birdsboro, PA). Report back and let us know how it went!
