    Rosewood Burl

I bought a couple blocks of Rosewood Burl some time ago and cut a couple blanks yesterday, here are the results.
A Gold TI Baron and a Black Ti Zen. Finished with BLO/CA, wet sander to 12000, Hut plastic polish and finished off with Turtle Wax Ice.

She couldn't tell the difference between the escape pod, and the bathroom. We had to go back for her.........................Twice.

Beautiful stuff. That wood grain looks three dimensional.

That sure is some striking burl ... what did you finish it with, the luster on the Baron pen is exceptional.
