Delta 14 inch Drill Press Good Deal?

Bench Model on a rolling stand, with Woodpecker table and Albrecht keyless chuck. Made in Taiwan......I paid $275, is that a fair price?

Used, I think made in 1994. It looks like a new one.

The table is a "Woodpecker" brand.

I have that same model woodpecker low profile drill press table. Its been replaced by another model with the white dimpled top.
I like it pretty much but also have a tall fence (~4") for bigger/taller items.
I think originally that DPT went for around $120

If your only tool is a hammer, you tend to treat all problems as if they were nails.

              too pricey at $275. $150 - 200 is a fairer price.

If you already bought it and feel like it's fair, no use figuring out if you could have got a better deal anymore I'm sure it's a nice DP that will serve you well.

I paid about the same for my new HF floor-standing DP new, but that was most of 10 years ago. And HF != Delta...
