    Yeah, I think they see the "Professional" and 3hp and think it's for real.

    I bought my Emerson-built Craftsman for $100 after showing the owner the 1 1/2 HP rating on the motor. Fortunately, he knew enough to understand the difference.

              "a bit high" is an understatement. The wringer washer might be worth more depending on its condition.

                  It is an interesting shop though isn't it? I wonder how long this stuff has been out there and how many hours he might have run that RAS on the extension cord there in the first picture?

                  I can't tell if the guard is there or not, but certainly that piece of chipboard that he has place on the frame is intrigueing... guess the table and fence have probably rotted away.

                  Sometimes just the fact of "ownership" makes the tool more valuable, or so this guy might think.
