    air impact screwdriver

    On a lark I bought this from HF for $14.39 (17.99 less a 20% off coupon), it's currently still $17.99.

    Looks like it might be useful for disassembly of stuff but I'm not sure I'd use it for assembly, too many RPM's.

      I have one and have used it on occasion when working with sheet metal and self tapping screws. Mine works well and no complaints about it

            I have a few air tools similar to that. The straight line handling gets very uncomfortable over a period of time. Air drills, screw guns, and impact drills need some speed (RPM's) to have much torque to drive screws. The settings for overspinning could be clutched. With the airflow necessary for low speed torque, there is little speed control compared to a cordless drill.
