    great custome service from mbright...

    makers of the ivac switch. i've been using one of these to activate the DC when using a stationary power tool for about 2 or 3 years. during a session, it just stopped working. neither of the two onboard breakers tripped and the power tool activating it worked on another circuit. everything on the switch worked, except the activating tool outlet.

    i called mbright to see if i was overlooking something. after explaining what happened, they volunteered to send me a new one. that was tuesday. it arrived today. "i don't care who ya are, that's" great customer service.

    two thumbs up for mbright.

    2-3 years... sent you a replacement unit on your word that it broke. sounds like that's above and beyond any normal warranty.
