    Old Tablesaw

    Saw this on craigslist:

    I have no idea what it is, but it looks very terrifying! Thought you guys might like to have a look at it.

    It doesn't look as dangerous as some I've seen. It's probably safer than the plastic direct drive Skill bench saw I started with. Does need a blade guard though, and a big paddle switch.

      About 4 years ago,

      one of the members on SawMill Creek was going to spend 200 dollars for that same model saw. If restored and cleaned up, 95 dollars not bad for an old, heavy saw like that..

        Not nearly as bad as that table saw in Walk the Line.
