    Ryobi DP121L Laser Alignment Line

One of my Ryobi 12" bench top drill press laser alignment lines is very bright, narrow and sharply defined. The other isn't.

Any suggestions on how to brighten, narrow and focus one of these things?

Not a clue. But I am curious. How useful is the laser on these things? The one on my miter saw is completely pointless.

I have a few tools with the laser lines but I never use them myself. Sorry I couldn't help but when I can I turn the lasers off.

Laser on my DP (Craftsman laser retrofitted on a Rigid DP) works well. For most cases it is close enough. Same for the lasers on my miter saw, works well enough for most cuts.

I've got the 10" Ryobi DP, but I only use the laser for "close enough" drilling. The laser lines are a little thick for fine WW.
