    John, hate to deflate your post ....no big deal here for $99.00! That is the same price that it has always been, as far as I know, at least it was when
    most of the regulars bought their saws way back when. If a person could get
    more usable stuff than a dustbag, and casters that make moving the saw more difficult, it might be worth having. One miter slot table, and a couple of plastic throat plates aren't worth that price to most of us.

      i guess the interesting thing is that its still available from Homedepot.com...

        +1 on that! I haven't seen it there for ages. In fact, I bought mine on closeout for $20 4-5 years ago! I wonder if they came up with a boatload of old stock they forgot about?
