    Toolbox Filler

Not too bad of an idea, but I could live without this. Maybe good for a gift. It's on special for CC members for $69.99.

Any idea how big this thing is? Is it like a foot long folded up?

I've considered the one at Lee Valley. It's not a level though.

They are pretty handy. First time I saw one was when I was on a jobsite with a metal fabrication company trying to figure out the best way to do a handrail and extensions on a complicated winding stair.

I have the Wixey digital protractor, I wouldn't call it a must have but it sure comes in handy.

the protracators are different from the Wixey angle finder - which is really a tilt meter as opposed to an angle meter.

Similar protractors like this Denali with level bubbles only missing the compound angle calculator go for around $20 or less. Hard to justify $100 or $70 on sale ( that makes it ~$45 for the compound angle calculator) for the sears.

            http://www.amazon.com/Denali-11-Inch...9253281&sr=8-1

That's $24 and I only searched Amazon. Mine works great and I use it as well as the Wixey.

this thread talks about the two devices in more detail than you'll want to know:
