Has anyone heard of a grizzly 6" jointer # 9103873 ? Found it on CL for $ 250. It is about 12 years old. Is this a good price ?

Grizzly tools, at least currently typically have model names / numbers like GO555X (Extreme series 14" band saw), or 6O464 6" closed stand jointer.
For what it's worth, the GO464 is currently on sale for $395.00
$250.00, if the jointer is in good shape, is an average deal, not great, not bad... $200.00 would be a good deal if it is a closed stand model in good shape...

That doesn't sound like a Grizzly model #. I think their stationary 6" model was a G1182 in that age range, which is a well proven and well regarded design, but it's possible that the model you're looking came before it. Wood Mag rated the G1182HW "Editor's Choice" in 2001 and was ~ $297. $250 used seems a bit high for a 12 YO jointer.
