Not their Dust Collectors (Although I have heard good things about them), but I have done business with PSI. Most notably for dust collection hose (decent enough, and cheap), and a starter set of turning tools...

Shipping was fast, cost reasonable, quality is on par with other major vendors.
The PSI DC2000B seems like a fairly nice unit...

Heard lots of good things although I have no personal experience.

I did buy some bags from a penn state collector to put on my HF DC...haven't really used them yet though.

Have found them to be pretty reliable doing business online. Got a small (650cfm) DC from them a couple of years ago for a special tool and so far its performed without fault. Only thing I did was to remove the plastic grid just inside the intake. got clogged too easily. Otherwise straight out of the box so to speak.

I looked into their dust collectors a short while ago and found the specs to be within my needs and had not read any negative reviews of their service. However, when I looked into shipping to Anchorage, it turned a good deal into a prohibitive one. Not their fault, but shipping killed a deal. Be sure to check shipping costs vs. a locally obtained unit with similar specs.

          Regards, Steve

I've bought lots of stuff from PSI (not a DC, though). They ship very quickly on in-stock items, and stand behind their products, although you sometimes have to go through three or four people to get one with any real product knowledge.

I bought this from amazon, and have been very pleased with it. Not exactly a DC, but accessories by the company in question.
