    My search is FINALLY over

Been looking for a decent one of these for the better part of 20 years. This morning my search came to an end.

Now to start my research and find out what year it is.

Looks like a gorgeous piece of old 'arn! Nothing beats the old Unisaws. It looks like yours came with the old bullet motor, is it still in there? Man, I would love to have an old saw like that. What did you end up giving for it?

Good looking saw. Hit OWWM with the serial number and you should be able to date it.

Great find. It could be as old as late 30's (model 1450), or as new as mid 60's (model 34-450). Find a number and post it.

Finding the egg on it is a good thing! Congratulations!

Yeah it's got an egg and everything.

                Very nice find.

I want to hear more about it.

The serial number is 112-9830, the saw runs smooth also. As you can see it has the goose egg, dust door and the otiginal switch. The saw is solid as a rock and had only a little surface rust on the table.

                  I bought it for $350

Great find and a great price. Per OWWM, the 112 puts it in 1954. If you look under the Discussion Forum->Wiki knowledge base you will find tons of info on maintenance and restoration.
