    bought the router and lift

    Went to lowes and fooled with the bosch router and like it the best. It was down between it and the porter cable and chose the bosch because of the over all feel of the tool and the loc of the on / off and the way the height adjustment worked. I like the turn dial better than the large ring on the housing. I also ordered the lift from woodpeck.com that everyone spoke so highly of. Once I get them in and set up, I will post some pics of the finished table and such.

    Thanks to everyone who offered advice, I really appriciate it.

    Good choices, I'm sure you'll be happy with them.

      I'm sure you will enjoy using both the Bosch router and the Woodpecker lift. Both companies make fine products in my experience.
