    Here's a nice illustration of all the terminology - includes ATB+R, TCG and FTG and some other combos with assymetric numbers of L & R bevel teeth I never even seen before towards the bottom:

    intersting that they show an ATB+R as a group of 5 teeth with 2 LH TB and 2 RH TB and one FTG raker which is used in blades with mutliples of 5 teeth (e.g. 40 teeth).
    I think they also have ATB+R as a group of 3: R & L bevels & 1 FT raker for multiples of 3 teeth, e.g. 60?
