    How much is this lathe worth?

    How much would you offer for this lathe? Looks like the beds are cast iron.

    And why is only half the lathe shown in the picture?
    What was the last year you could buy a tool with exposed drive belts (no guards) 1950-something??? Surely not after the 60's. Does that date it?

    get her to throw in the Bosch circ saw at the bottom.

    Forget the "new" radiator, it's got rust stains on it.

      The lathe in question is a Rockwell 14/11. It also as the "counter shaft" which makes it a bit more desirable (16 speeds as opposed to 4). The photo did not show a banjo or tool rest or a tailstock. If these are missing they can cost almost as much as the lathe. If these parts are not missing and all else is in good working order, I would not be surprised to see it go for over $100. How much over in these times is a good question.
