i need your input. this is a two fold question.

i have a dewalt dw411 that i used only once. then i just got my hands on two brand new pc 342k. i got all three for just under $30 each. i plan on keeping the one or ones (depending on what you guys suggest) and sell the others. the extra money i get will go to my tool budget.

    now the questions:
    1. which quater sheet sander is the better or the two in your opinion/experience?
    2. do you need to have or should have more than one quater sheet sander?
well, that was it i think.

I have a couple of duplicate tools but a quarter sheet sander isn't one of them. I tend to use the Random Orbital Sander the most. But I always say if you can justify it and actually use it then buy it/keep it.

I have two mostly because I can't stomach tossing out my old beat senseless Makita. But long story short, no, I don't use more than one Quarter Sheet Sander at once...

Having both the DeWalt and PC, which do you like best? I have to get a new one and have been looking at both. Is one quieter or have less vibration on the hand? Easier to load paper or connect the vac? Inquiring minds want to know, or at least this one.

Those are the basic questions to make a decision. I have a few, and air sanders, and like others here use a ROS more often. A square corner finishing sander does have some advantages like getting into corners. Changing paper is one of my gripes.
