    Auto Compressor Drain?

Does anyone use an automatic compressor drain like this one?

I hardly EVER remember to drain the condensation from my compressor's tank. I finally did the other day, and it wasn't pretty. I was going to look up making my own extension drain to stick out and hopefully remind me to do it, but I ran actoss this.

Would this even work on a pancake compressor?

Max pressure is 100 psi, that might be a bit light depending on the compressor.

I purchased one and installed it on my Craftsman compressor. The included hose burst at only 65 psi and after going through all of the work to put 1/4 copper tubing, I have a leak that I can't seem to find. It does work, but I feel like I got exactly what I paid for.

You also need to be concerned about ground clearance. I put some 12" wheels on my upright so that it fit properly underneath.

We use higher quality ones at work and they are great for awhile and then they quit working.

you have to modify the compresor to install it.
