    DC good deal ?

Got a question about this DC. First I know nothing about DC systems. Second, no idea what brand this is. Third is the price good or not? Oh, and forth, if it is a good deal someone feel free to snatch it up 'cause I may never get around to it due to other expenses.

thats the harbor freight 2HP DC, talked about here and other woodworking sites because it is relatively inexpensive, and connectos to most dust stuff (standard sizes) but also has a lot of issues. You should be able to find lots and lots of threads about it here, if you use the search for combinations of the terms
    DC, dust collector, HF, 2HP

So yes, $100 would be a good price for one in good condition, frequently on sale for about $170-180 at HF these days. Plan on upgrading the bags (lots of info on that in the aforementioned threads).

    P.S. I have one.

If your only tool is a hammer, you tend to treat all problems as if they were nails.
