Here is the picture of the Jointer in my shop.

Interesting. Does the guard on the cutter head move up and down vertically? How could push blocks be used in this configuration?

From the little that I have played with it, It appears that it moves both horizontally and vertically. I don't see any reason why push blocks won't work. The unit is spring loaded in both directions.

That thing is flippin awesome.

It's short bed, which is sort of limiting unfortunately, but it has character up the wazoo and the stand is out of sight. That thing is the bee's knees, and in really good shape too.

Needless to say, well worth 80 bucks.
