Dear Clueless in Seattle,
Very easy sell. She has her own vices, and I don't mean the kind on the bench! LOL! Plus she wants a tricked out bathroom in mahagony. Well we all know I need the machine for the base moldings! LOL!
Reminds me of my explaining how installing hardwood floors requires moving up from 12" Hitachi BS to 19" Grizzly! LOL!
Edit: Oh and as far as room . . . that is a whole different story. Selling expansions, add ons, etc is much tougher.
