    jointer/planer blade sharping

    does anybody have the tools to sharpen the knives for jointer/planer or know somebody that does it

    i have 2 sets of 6" jointer knives and a set of 12" planer knives i need to have sharpened

    Most Rocklers have some form of sharpening service, might wanna check it out. Dunno how far one is, but perhaps Woodcraft has something similar. Or just look in the yellow pages for sharpening services.

      Check with your local hardware store, they may sharpen them, or know where to send them.

        I think most knife and saw sharpening places can do it. Check with the local hardware and or woodworking stores.

          Most ACE HARDWARES have a sharping service. Hope this helps
