        So MilDoc. You're pretty sold on the Bosch Colt then I take it. Thanks yet again Ricklab. I book marked the site. Excellent! Thanks. Looks like I just found a better price at Amazon for $112.00 and free shipping.

          I agree with Loring that if you plan on edge jointing with a router very frequently it would be best done in a RT. Having said that, if you need to joint one board and you have a nice edge guide, then the Colt would be fine.
          I use the Colt all the time. I would probably use it more, but the vast majority of profiles are 1/2" shank. I bought a Whiteside flush trim bit that I use in the Colt all the time. Excellent combo.

            The variable speed Colt does look like a better deal on the CPO site. The additional $10 gets you the straight edge guide as well as the speed adjust.
