If you mean ID, Woodcraft has them available individually. Lee Valley, too. A quick check of amazon.com shows a couple of sets that include this size, so apparently it's fairly common (can't recall, offhand, if my Milwaukee set has this).

That's if you mean ID. If you mean OD, you might be SOL. Not sure I've ever heard of that.

please give ID, OD and width. I can find any bearing with that info.

my guess is that its a 6000zz bearing.

      EDIT:

Its funny when you get something stuck in your head and it is wrong. You said guide bushing, I immediately thought bearing and answered with a matching bearing. two totally different parts used in different areas of the router.

        What for?

If you have a friend with a metal lathe perhaps you could have him turn a 7/16 one down. He'd only have to remove 1/64th in thickness to make it.

That's a possibility, mark. It's for this http://www.sears.com/sr/javasr/product.do?BV_UseBVCookie=Yes&vertical=TOOL&cat=Po wer+Tool+Accessories&subcat=Router+Tables+%26+Atta chments&pid=00925455000 that comes with oddball guides that attach to Craftsman routers. I want to use standard PC style bushings in my Bosch or dewalt routers.
          Thanks

I have that jig but I also have a Crapsman router (didn’t learn the first or second time). I did have another broken Crapsman router and I kept the base plate and drilled holes to fit my Ryobi router.

You might get a base plate that will accept the Craftsman bushings and drill to fit your routers.

I think I have somewhere a craftsman accessory baseplate that is supposed to make any router accept craftsman bushings. I am not using it. If interested - please let me know. I will check that I have it to make sure.
              Thanks,

Didn't we talk about that over a year ago? Time for a new DT jig if it was you and I that spoke.

Guilty as charged, Yo Honor. :-(

But it has gotten personal. I gotta make this mule plow straight!

You also spoke to me about this same issue Brian. I stirred up the pot a few weeks ago by emailing Ken to see what bushings he's been using. After bouncing several PM's and emails back and forth, we're both on a MISSION now.

It seems that sears no longer offers a universal fit plate that accepts their own bushings, from what I've seen they've switched their entire stock over to the Milescraft stuff. If you don't have a craftsman router, you're pretty well SOL at this point.
If it ain't broke.. don't fix it!!!... but you can always 'hop it up'

Oh, so you need a new router not a guide bushing.

I also have this dovetail jig and would be interested in a bushing that will work on the PC style baseplates.

                          Habe,
Sears will have a bushing set available around the first of June. The part number is 964180. Initially it will be available online, later in stores.

Why not just make a new base plate? Or am I missing something?
