Router Guide Bushing Needed

    It probably wouldn't be that hard to get a machine shop to turn a 7/16" OD bushing down to 13/32". In a pinch, I've made donuts out of 1/4" hardboard that slip over a smaller bushing, using a holesaw then drilling out the center hole to match the bushing it would go on. But that wasn't for a DT template and I don't know of a 13/32" hole saw.

      The goal is to be able to use PC style bushings with the Craftsman dovetail jig instead of the weird Craftsman bushings.

      I was ready to turn down a 7/16 to .400 then received the email from Wood magazine that the bushings will be available, so I guess I'll wait on those. Thanks.

        Right. Just hit me what you meant. You are looking for a PC Style bushing in some weird size.
