You got to remember that Ken is helping Ken. So they are probably reloading it on the back of the pickup truck again.

I completed the assembly, cleaned the table and made some quick adjustments. (If I didn't get some sawdust outa this thing soon something bad was gonna happen!)
I set the tracking just a tad to center the blade on both wheels, lightly touched the blade tension to match the 5/8 blade that came on the BS (built in dial indicator thingie for tension) and checked for blade drift, there was none I could see.

I grabbed a 3 1/2" piece of Walnut, couldn't quickly find a flat, straight wider piece, and set the fence to around 3/32":

Consistent thickness all the way through, very easy to feed through, so far I am very impressed. I have Bladerunner blades from Iturra on the way, I'm anxious to try some wide stock with those.

When I have a few days with good blades behind me I'll post my impression in more detail.

And, thanks for all the moral support, guys!

Oh, I know that Mike. ;-D If you guys weren't picking on me I'd figure you're mad at me!

O.K. Bud, where the heck does the brass key go?! I also have a spare 8 mm Hex Socket Head head bolt, 80mm long (Item 50, I believe and I don't see it in the exploded drawings)left over, dang it.

Look inside the attachment where your fence hooks on to the rail. You'll see a little slot and the brass key goes there to get rid of what little slop there is when it's tightened down. Guess they didn't change the directions yet.

I'm guessing but I looked online at their regular 14" saw and it used all the hex head bolts. Possibly the same hardware kit for both saws.

I did finally find Item 50 in the drawing. But it just goes into a hole on the back corner of the table and does nothing as far as I can tell. I'll call Rikon in a bit. Thanks Mike.

Ken - I had another table hex head bolt left over and misunderstood the one you were talking about. I never did figure a use for the one for the table and forgot about it.

Well, I'm trying hard to mention that you suck. But, I got the replacement Left handed M8-1.25x25 bolt and replacement axle from Ridgid, balanced both wheels, and have my band saw cutting like butter with no vibration, so I can't make myself say you suck.

Nevermind, I just looked at the specs on that thing. You suck.
