What brand/model do you guys use to wax your TS top? Notice Normy uses SLIPIT Tool Lube. Anyone use that stuff?

What David said, JPW. Just don't use anything with silicone in it.

        We use Trewax
The problem with JPW is SOME of it has the antislip compound in it
If it does you are in deep poop
You need to read the label
Trewax doesn't have any of it

Johnson's paste wax. On the jointer bed, TS table, BS table, chisels. Don't wax the TS rails.

Easy to use, works like a charm.

Minwax Paste wax. Works just as good, but costs more than JPW. I can't get Johnsons around here.

any hardware store should have it, I know my local ace carries it in the cleaners section.

Called my local ACE and they have it but only the yellow can. Any big difference between the two?

I'm not in CA, but I found the Johnson's at Lowes. HD around here carries the Minwax. Look in the cleaning section of Lowes.

I also used the Johnson's on the saw.

That sounds like it. I'd describe the can as either yellow or gold, with a red swoosh and black lettering.

I'm a long way from SoCal but here it's available at Wal-Mart and Lowe's. Can't recall if I've ever looked for it at Home Depot.
