    I have 4 of these in various sizes -- I regularly use every size from 2" to 8".




    If you go to Rockler/Woodcraft/etc., check a 6" engineer's square against one of their Starrets or Incras, then, buy the one that appeals to you more.

      I have a set of Machinists squares that I bought from Enco. A machinist/fabricator/hot rod/plane builder buddy of mine turned me onto them. They weren't that expensive either.

      Before I got them, I used the drafting triangles, and I was impressed with them to. I was always afraid they would be too brittle.
      She couldn't tell the difference between the escape pod, and the bathroom. We had to go back for her.........................Twice.
